What has your mental health journey been like?
"At 12 years old I started therapy because of trauma and blacking out memories. I struggled with self-harm and bad coping skills."
What did you do before working at Connections?
"I worked at Lakes Region Mental Health Center and at One Peer to Another in Laconia."
Why is Peer Support important to you?
"Peer Support has been the biggest part of my recovery."
